Finding a compelling competitive strategy in a mature market.

The Challenge:
Moran Aged Care competes in a highly competitive and highly regulated market. Having not had any significant brand promotion for over 15 years, the brand had fallen off the radar. How do you create a sustainable long-term positioning for a small but growing a brand, against some major players.
The Solution:
We capitalised on their unique strength – repositioned the brand as family owned and run business in a market dominated by large corporates. This allowed us to add a unique ‘personalised’ touch to reduce the anxiety of both potential residents and their families. This was translated through the entire range of on and off line promotional material.
The Result:
Web traffic and enquiries have over doubled since the campaign commenced.
